signal the speaker receives.
The idea is to get the signal from the stereo, or amplifier to the
speakers with as little resistance or interference as possible.
Where possible Oxygen Free Cable (OFC) should be used because
oxygen in the cable causes an oxidized layer of copper to build up
around each strand, this acts as an insulator and stops the copper
strands from making contact with each other, so the signal
conductance is reduced.
